TUF LAD MENTAL HEALTH 

Who We Are

TUF Lad is for men’s mental health dedicated to supporting men who are struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and emotional isolation.

We believe strength isn’t about staying silent — it’s about showing up, speaking out, and working through pain together.

 

What We Do

TUF Lad uses movement, fitness, connection, and support to help men rebuild mental resilience in a safe space within a highly controlled environment

 

1. Mental Health Support

  • One-to-one face to face sessions

  • Group therapy training sessions

  • Suicide prevention and crisis support

  • Safe, judgement-free spaces to talk

 

2. Physical Activity as Therapy

  • Group training sessions

  • Boxing, Weights, Cardio, MMA, Padwork, Bag work

  • Fishing with the experts

  • Outdoor exercise organised - walks, runs, mud runs, obstacle courses

  • Team-based sports for bonding and routine

  • Fitness programs designed for mental wellbeing, not ego

 

3. Brotherhood & Community

  • Weekly meet-up sessions 

  • Mentorship between members

  • Peer support networks

  • Events focused on connection, not competition

 

Who It’s For

  • Men feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck

  • Men dealing with suicidal thoughts or emotional burnout

  • Men who don’t feel comfortable with traditional therapy alone

  • Men who connect better through doing, not just talking
